Privacy Policy

Print Service respects your privacy!

Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential.
We will never sell or share your email address or any information about you with anyone.
We know you care about how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting the Print Service, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
We collect information about you for two reasons: first, to process your order, and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Information you provide to us:

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. You may choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to use many of our features. We use the information you provide for purposes such as responding to your inquiries, customizing future purchases for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.

Automatic information:

We receive and store certain types of information each time you interact with us. For example, like many other websites, we use cookies and receive certain types of information when your web browser accesses the Print Service. Scroll down to see examples of the information we receive. Many companies offer utilities designed to anonymously visit websites. While we won’t be able to provide you with a personalized experience on the Print Service if we don’t recognize you, we want you to know that these tools exist.

Contact by e-mail:

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from the Print Service that your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list with lists obtained from other companies to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not wish to receive email or other mail from us, please set up your account to reflect this by selecting unsubscribe from the mailing menu.

Information from other sources:

For reasons such as improving the personalization of our service (for example, providing better product recommendations or special offers that we think will be of interest to you), we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Sometimes we also receive updated shipping and address information from our shippers or other sources so that we can correct our records and more easily deliver your next purchase or message.

What about cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser so that our systems can recognize your browser and provide features such as automatic login and persistent shopping carts to store items in your cart between visits.
The “help” section of most browsers’ toolbars will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to turn off cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of the most interesting features of the Print Service, so we recommend that you leave them enabled.

Does the Print Service share the information it receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we do not sell it to others. We only share customer information with affiliated companies that control INKCHIP.NET and as described below.

Business transfers:

As we continue to grow our business, we may sell or buy stores or assets. In such transactions, customer information is usually one of the transferred business assets. In addition, in the unlikely event that Print Service or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information would, of course, be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of Print Service and others:

We disclose account information and other personal information when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Print Service, our users, or others. This includes sharing information with other companies and organizations to protect against fraud and reduce credit risk.

How secure is my information?

We work to protect your information in transit through LinkPoint Billing – an authorized seller of goods and services provided by Print Service). Only they process credit cards, so Print Service will NEVER see your credit card number. It is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that encrypts the information you enter.
It is important for you to protect your password and computer from unauthorized access. Be sure to log out when you’re done using a shared computer.

We do not store credit card information

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your express consent. The information we store will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you discover any inaccuracies, we will remove or correct them immediately.
The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
We may use technology to track the behavior patterns of visitors to our site. This may include the use of “cookies”, which will be stored in your browser. You can usually change your browser to prevent this. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.
